Our reception staff are here to help you, as well as dealing with all the day-to-day administration. Reception Supervisor is Hummera Haq, who should be your first point of contact with any problems or queries you may have. All information given to them is treated in confidence and they are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the Doctors and Nurse. All members of the practice form part of an active Primary Care team.
