How to order a repeat prescription

• Online
• By hand – Please leave your written request for repeats at reception
• By post – Fill in the prescription form using the slip issued with your last prescription and post it to the surgery with enclosed stamped and addressed envelope.
• By arrangement with your pharmacy – but please ensure that only what you require each month is requested rather than building up a stock at home.

Medication Reviews

Please make sure you are not due a medication review before you order your prescription. Your review date is found on the right hand side of your repeat prescription. Non-repeat prescriptions are NOT guaranteed to be given by the doctor; they may wish to see you before any medication can be issued

Collecting your Prescription

Please allow two working days for us to process your prescription request.

Local Chemists

Several local chemists offer a free service to our patients, whereby the chemist will order and collect their monthly repeat prescriptions. The will also deliver for the housebound and infirm.
